-
"Contract": refers to the legally binding agreement between You and Us once an order for services is confirmed.
-
"Subscription": refers to Our subscription-based plans for lawn care services, including Mow, Grow, and Manicure.
-
"Website": refers to www.mowwa.co.uk and any affiliated domains.
2. Service Plans
We offer three subscription-based lawn care plans:
-
Mow: Standard lawn mowing and maintenance.
-
Grow: Includes the Mow plan plus fertiliser and weed/moss treatments.
-
Manicure: Includes the Mow and Grow plans plus mechanical treatments like scarifying, aeration, topdressing, and overseeding.
3. Payment Terms
-
Payments for ongoing subscription plans will be made by automatic billing, using clients' card details stored securely on file.
-
Payments are billed on the 1st of each month unless otherwise agreed upon.
-
Clients can upgrade or downgrade their plan at any time. Monthly payments for changes will take effect immediately or on the next payment cycle, whichever comes first.
-
At the point of upgrading or downgrading, there may be an additional fee or refund to balance out any services either carried out or not carried out during the previous plan.
-
Additional one-off services will be billed separately upon completion of the work and are not included in the monthly lawn care plan.
-
Prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.
-
Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of the services.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
-
Subscription plans require one full billing cycle’s notice for cancellations.
-
We will continue to carry out any services due during the cancellation period unless otherwise stated by the client.
-
If the client does not wish for services to be carried out during the cancellation period, We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to one full billing cycle.
-
At the time of cancellation, We will calculate the total cost of all individual services performed between the start of the season (March) and the date of cancellation. Any outstanding balance will be due within the cancellation period. If a refund is due, it will be processed and paid within the cancellation period.
5. Service Commencement
-
Subscription plan services will begin once the first payment has been received.
-
If a client requests services to be performed before the first payment is made, these will be billed separately as individual services until the subscription plan officially starts.
6. Service Delivery

-
We reserve the right to modify the service schedule due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
-
You are responsible for ensuring that We have access to Your property to deliver the services. If access is restricted, We will reschedule at Our discretion.
